C seems closest to how I see it, but it depends on your viewpoint and situation. I have not seen anything else quite like it where those who vote on stuff also earn. It's a very clever design that is working pretty well, but with a pretty small set of active users. If it got to millions then the rewards distribution could be better, assuming the value goes too.
