I've been to a lots of airports, but not that one. Those prices are crazy. I've had meals at Heathrow that were fairly reasonable, but it is a captive audience. I expect the businesses pay high rents to be there. Some airports are like small towns really with hundreds of workers. Some of the US ones are more like a bus station with very little going on.

I'm trying to do less flying these days as I've done more than my share.
