I don't mind being told I'm wrong and I doubt I'm the only one who struggles with this. Most won't know what a 'debt limit' is. I think we need a FAQ/wiki that explains the various aspects in ways mortals understand. That should include details of the various accounts involved. There's nothing to indicate what @hive.fund is for on that account. People will wonder about an account worth $44m.
