It sounds good to me. I'm sure I read about why various wind instruments need different music, but it still seems weird. I can play in Bb if I have to, but Eb is a bit of a pain unless I tune the guitar down.

I expect you can pay thousands for a sax if you want to. Just have to decide what value an instrument has for you, especially if not playing professionally. I've paid for a few instruments with my earnings here and hope to again at some point.
