Coffee can be pretty expensive and I hear the actual beans are going up as climate change affects the growers. Maybe we can grow it here soon :)

Prices are up generally and some will suffer. Have you looked at a heat pump to replace the boiler? I think that would be our alternative. There's an initial cost, but you can get a grant.
