As a long time user of last.fm I was happy to see a Hive version and you have taken it beyond that. Data we create should be public and re-usable.
You make some interesting points about the costs of putting more data on the blockchain and dealing with 'spam' in all its forms. Will there be an increase in RC cost if things get congested? That could throttle accounts that generate too much data without adding value. I'm sure these things have been considered. There may be some resistance to adding yet more data.
