You could change the password and possibly turn on two-factor authentication to secure it, but I don't think it should compromise your security if someone just sends you funds or all crypto could be broken. Maybe someone sent some to random addresses as an experiment and happened to hit us both. It's only a few cents. If you are concerned then by all means transfer it elsewhere.
