Like the other sort of trains you wait for an album from this British prog band and then another turns up just after. I enjoyed their last album Grimspound, but they just announced another 'companion album' that's out tomorrow. There's a track up for listening. It doesn't grab me immediately, but it could be a grower. It's got some nice guitar on it.
I've been buying various albums recently, but haven't always found time for proper listening. I'll put some on my phone for listening at work.
In other prog news, Steven Wilson did a Q&A on Facebook today. He's a thoughtful chap. He mentions composer Max Richter who I knew when I was a kid. Wasn't a really a friend, but I hung out with him a few times as his dad was my dad's boss. I have Mr Wilson's next album on order.
