Follow Friday: Not Brexit day

Hey hey, it's Friday, as some old friends sang. Here in the UK the weather is glorious and I had a good cycle ride home from work. I have some running planned for the weekend and I hope everyone else has good plans.

Steem has been up and down a bit lately. It does not seem long since it was up around 50c, but it is struggling a bit lately and down below 50th in the @coingecko charts.

Over on @stateofthedapps @DrugWars and Steemit still head the chart, but lack any serious growth. DrugWars saw a drop when they mentioned cutting Steem rewards, but it seems to have recovered from that. I am not paying too much attention to games apart from a bit of @SteemMonsters to win some more cards.

The #TenKMinnows project to create more minnows is going well. We may achieve our target of helping to add 250 new minnows this month, if you discount those who powered down.

I have just been reviewing my witness votes. I try to use them all up, so I have to drop one if I want to support someone else. We get 30 votes, so make use of them. Some I would put forward for your consideration are:

@anyx is not an active poster, but he is behind @steemcleaners that helps deal with abuse of the platform.
@steempress, @actifit, @partiko and @steemcommunity are supporting #TenKMinnows.
I just added @steemitboard who provide the cool badges that some people show on their accounts. @arcange is behind this and also a witness.

@todayslight is a brand new Steemian who lives near me and who plays at our pub sessions. He writes his own songs, which I hope he will share on Steem.
@katharsisdrill is an old friend in Steem terms. His long-running comic is back after a break. You really need to go back to the start to have any chance of following it.
@detlev is an even older friend who I have met at Steemfest. I just won some SBD in his weekly beer contest. Entries seem to be done, so you have a good chance of winning something with a post about beer.
I have also known @the-bitcoin-dood for a long time. His daily crypto news posts should be interesting to many.
I am missing the London Steem meetup today, but I'm sure it will be great without me. @redrica set this up. Check out her posts to see who else goes along.
I have been resisting the urge to post about Brexit as it is not my favourite thing. The 'Maybot' herself, @theresa.may, has popped up again on Steem again to put us in our place.
