In case anyone does not know #Seven77 is a project by @NathanMars to promote #Steem and bring in new users. He has a dream of Steem getting back up to $7.77. That would be great, but we need some serious marketing to help that to happen. Meanwhile we users can be doing something. The challenge involves posting daily to Twitter with a video of you doing 7 of something that could include push-ups. Some people have been very inventive with this concept.
I have stuck to push-ups with some variations in style. I have missed a few days when I've been busy, but have tried to keep going.
I am not a big user of Twitter as its another time drain, but I can see appeal in the immediacy. Doing the challenge has gained me some followers so have over 500 now. I know a few Steemians followed me. I have to give special props to @runridefly who is very active around this. I encountered him in the early days of Steem doing another push-up challenge that was for awareness of suicides amongst veterans.
Nathan has made some mention of the challenge being for 777 days, but I'm going to quit here and will post this video to Twitter shortly. I've been including links to my latest post each day.
I have to say that I am not aware that I brought anyone to Steem directly through this, but I have created a load of accounts for Twitter users at other times. Most are not active, but maybe they will return.
I will be continuing with my other projects like @tenkminnows. If you know anyone who needs a Steem account then please get in touch.
Steem on!
