It gives people another excuse to post and potentially earn, but I think it's good to add value with some other updates. Some of the apps will create a Snap for you, but that can lack context.

At least you can track your own progress even if you can't always compare directly to others. I know I'll never be the quickest, but I aim to improve anyway.

I've not tried that. Strava gives 'AI' commentary on my runs, but I'm not sure how useful it really is. I just mix up my runs anyway.
