Description from Strava:
I was doing a bit of drum practice last night. That is a form of exercise that works the brain a bit. There is another Drumeo collaboration to work on.

This morning was dry and cool, but the wind has been picking up and blowing things around the garden. It was not too bad for my run. As I set off I had a call about a delivery that would be along soon so I opted for a shorter run to be back in time.

I was planning on doing my uphill intervals that I cut to three rather than my usual five. They are about 300m with a bit of a climb and the times were not too bad. I have had some twinges from the arch of my right foot, but it was fine during the run. I think my running shoes support it well.

I did not see many other runners today, but there was a lady I have seen around recently.

I added the BBC show More or Less to my podcasts. They talk about current issues where numbers are involved. This one was about a company claiming to have discovered a million new species. That could be true if they are all microbes. I had a couple of others talking about music. One was discussing the uses of AI.

I was back for my delivery as I wanted to be sure it was put somewhere safe.

As I said, it has been windy since then, but we are still getting good solar power.
