Description from Strava:
I checked the weather before I got up. Yesterday was pretty wet and a bit windy, but today was looking better. It was just a bit cooler, so I opted for long sleeves.

At this time of year it can be a bit dark when I set out, but it will be light by the time I get back. I set off thinking of doing my loop around Fairfield, but as I went along I decided to do my hill intervals instead. That is more intense, but I know it does me good. I did five sprints that felt fairly good and the times are getting close to what I want to achieve. I think that as I did my initial run up the road at a good pace that my overall average is better than I usually do for this workout.

It did feel quite cool out there, but it is fine for me in shorts. I like this time of year as I do not get overheated. There are a lot of fallen leaves, but they cause me no issues for now.

I noticed the bike that seemed to be abandoned. We get frequent reports of people finding them and I hope some get back to their owners.

Have a great weekend and run free!
