Description from Strava:
I do not generally do short evening runs like this, but I am aiming to put in some extra effort this month. The company I work for are raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support by logging at least 1000km of activity in November between us. I am going to see if I can run every day this month, even if some are just short like this. It will be interesting to see if I can keep it up.

I just went around the block as I was aiming for places with reasonable lights. It was still a little dicy as some parts are not so well lit and I do not want to trip. I managed to activate quite a few PIR lights along the way. Last night it would have been too crowded with all the kids doing trick or treat. We may have another storm passing over later, but it was not too bad out there.

After my run I did a quick dinner. I used our new air fryer for the first time to cook some frozen treats. I need to remember that it is quicker than our oven as it was all a little over-done. I just started watching the new season of Loki tonight.

As it is the first of the month that means (Hive Power Up day). I had some funds ready to add to my stake. I like the badges, but I also like to increase the value of my vote. I do not have particular targets right now, but it is going well. I can create accounts for anyone who wants one.

Stay safe and run free.
