Introspection is already a big thing:) it's the first victory:) Very few take the time and the effort to do some much needed soul searching. I relate to what you're sharing with me here deeply. Some human beings are vicious and cruel, yet they somehow don't see a bad bone in them. It's extremely scary. Some of my own family members have proven incapable of displaying empathy. To my own eyes, without empathy, forming healthy and loving relationships is impossible. But denial is one comforting prison to remain in, and some of these people will forever convince themselves that they are normal and it's not them but others who are always to blame. What can i say, the truth hurts and not everyone is ready to face it;)
