Witnesses had a rough day Monday, so did Steemit Inc devs. Discord servers were in uproar then got quiet after waiting for a long time for the blockchain to be back up.
There's been talks of secret Slack channel for the elite witnesses during the outage and so much more drama happened. Well, your wallet is safe so we're all good.
Here's the list of top 20 witnesses running version 20. Just 3 are on version 19. I'd say it's a go for HF20.

@arcange has a dandy script warning you of phishing links comments. After the outage, Steemit was unstable while witnesses were getting their nodes up and running.
Please keep your owner key stashed, don't use it to login except to change your password.
