It's a whole lot harder to hear when you got the mute button pushed.
I'll admit, I am conflicted.
Muting spammers sounds like a good idea.
Even better to mute those annoying trolls that make you face your reality in ways that you would rather not.
Me? I flag the spammers and get paid for it by calling

For the trolls i usually analyze what they have said and begin addressing issues they should resolve to be a better person.
Havent had to mute one, yet.
