Hello steemians.. I just wanna share my today's Daily Food Photography.
This is Tonkotsu Ramen. It is made of pork Bone Ramen, this ramen is made by boiling pork bones, fat and tendons for very long period of time yielding a very cloudy and white brown coloured broth. Popular toppings and sides are pork slices, beni shoga, boiled egg and sweet corn.
