Hello steemians.. I just wanna share my today's Daily Food Photography.
Papaitan is a well known Ilocano soup dish with the ingridients of cow or goat innards. The meaning of the name of this dish was derived from the Filipino word “Pait” and it means “bitter”. The bitter flavor of this soup comes from the bile. This is a bitter juice extracted by the liver and stored in the gallbladder to aid digestion. I enjoy eating this dish.
