Every year this celebration it happen first of the month which is January 28, 2018.
Its a very nice fiesta here to our place some of the kids enjoy to see all people have paint and they do put paint to themself also.
This celebration make people busy to prepare some foods for their visitors.
Im so very happy when my cousin looks like this, so adorable and make me "gigil".
