This woman adopted my grandson at birth and many other children. She starved them and beat them and one boy died of dehydration and starvation. My grandson went to live with his adoptive father and new wife.
This woman, Carole DeLeon got a 7 years sentence and was out in three. She is not allowed to keep children. She had the doctors, hospitals, psychologists, teachers and all the professionals who saw these kids fooled. She was intelligent and was able to convince them of why a kid couldn’t have food at school. Of why a kid had bruises. Of why a kid was so emaciated. The kids sued the state and got a few million dollars. But that woman should still be in jail. I fear she will find a way to have children under her control again. Oh, and she has a daughter, Christina who has had a baby or two and she helped with the torture and abuse. Like Mother, Like daughter.
Tyler DeLeon who died of dehydration and starvation. Tyler died on January 13, 2005, the day he turned 7 in Spokane, Washington. The autopsy showed he weighed only 28 pounds, but the body was cremated before law enforcement began investigating. Because the autopsy only listed dehydration as the cause of death, Stevens County Prosecutor Tim Rasmussen offered DeLeon a deal to plead to two counts of criminal mistreatment to Tyler and another boy in her care. Rasmussen originally charged DeLeon with homicide by abuse, which carries a potential sentence of life in prison. To the lesser charges she entered an Alford Plea, admitting no guilt but acknowledging she would have been found guilty based on evidence presented in court.
Why does someone do this? i hear about this shit all the time? I just can’t wrap my mind around it.
