Scene 1

Richard Mastergates and Rayza continue their conversation in Richard’s extortion-funded, flying mansion.

Mastergates: Low carbon, a problem? This is insanity!

Rayza: No, insanity is what happened in the 21st century here on earth. It started in 2020, with lockdowns for the flu, then one thing leads to another, and before ya know it, the population is cut by seven billion and now everyone’s got modified DNA data links. Except for a few thousand like you without that DNA damage, who go around in flying mansions.

Mastergates: For the good of the planet, and they did it voluntarily. Now, if you don’t mind, this is private property and I wish you to leave.

Rayza: Most did it under duress, actually. And of course I’ll leave, anytime you wish, but do you really want me to do that before I tell you what I’m doing here on earth?

Mastergates (sarcastic, cackling, nearly choking on his mutton): Before you go to a psychological ward, please, tell me why you’re here, and then leave me forever.

Rayza: I’m here to help increase the liberty that humanity experiences by showing a door to higher consciousness, and, as a result of that, increased carbon via increased population, thus helping Creation.

Mastergates (arrogant, cackling): Well, that’s a mouthful, isn’t it? And just how are you going to do that?

Rayza: By showing them the Truth and why it is beneficial to accept it and live by it.

Mastergates (chewing mutton): A very ambitious fellow, aren’t you? Well, good luck. Bye, now. (waves hand caustically)

Rayza: And by the way, I’m sure you’re smart enough to have already figured this out, but just in case you haven’t, I have superior technology to achieve these objectives, as was evidenced by me even appearing in your flying, extortion-funded monstrosity. Ta-ta, Gates. (confident smile)

Rayza slowly fades away and disappears. Muertita the humanoid A.I. servant returns to the dining area.

Gates: Muertita, be sure he is tracked.

Muertita: He is not able to be tracked at this time.

Gates (incredulous): Why not?

Muertita: I’m not sure. To use a human expression, he is a ghost.

Scene 2

Meanwhile, B.S. Green is still visiting with his mum, discussing the strange Sustainability Triumph Day speech they had beamed into their skulls.

B.S. Green: Mum, there were so many strange things in that STD speech.

Mum: Yeah, so bizarre, right, son? But Phil Ander has never lied to me, so that makes it even more confusing…..

B.S. Green: Like a ‘hot shower’. What is that? Is that like a cold shower, but with hot water? Why would anyone want that?

Mum: Actually, son, my mum used to talk about those. She said that in the early 21st century people actually took hot showers!

Green: With hot water?! How barbaric!

Mum: Yes, son! I know it’s hard to believe, but that’s what she said!

Green: And that thing he said about not having adequate heating or cooling at home. We get “cool days” once a month, just like everyone else.

Mum: Speaking of that, son, it’s a bit warm today. Could I have a drink of water?

Green (bummed): Ah, sorry Mum. I’m out of water credits until tomorrow.

Mum: Anything else to drink?

Green (dejected): Nah, sorry, mum. I’ve got some Red Ox stimulant pills, though!

Mum: That’s ok, son. I’ve still got a little water left at my place, so I’ll be fine until I get home.

Green: That reminds me of another thing in the STD speech. Phil Ander said that people don’t travel outside their hometown, like it’s a bad thing. Why would anyone want to travel outside their hometown? We have everything right here.

Mum: That’s a good question, son. I don’t know. Never really thought about it…..

Green: And he said the “gang with fancy titles called government”. I’m an environmental code enforcer for the government, and I’m not in a gang. (frowns) It’s so confusing……

Scene 3

Meanwhile, at DDOPERS (The Department of Dark Operational Propaganda for Environmental Regulation and Slavery), Robin Zew is attempting to use a memory eraser on one billion people.

Robin Zew: Why didn’t it work? Why can’t I erase their memories of that truth-infested speech? Hmmm…..(speaks to computer) Hey Lexiri, send in one of the new tech interns.

Robin Zew continues to hit a big green button on the control panel that is labeled “Tax Slave Memory Eraser – No Unauthorized Use, unless it’s an emergency”

After a series of clicks, ticks, and metallic snapping sounds, a series of doors open slowly as an awkward looking character named Ruben enters the room.

Zew: Hey, you’re a tech guy?

Ruben (fawning, dumbfounded look on face): My name is Ruben, and I’m soooo happy to….

Zew cuts him off.

Zew: I don’t care what you name is. Why isn’t the big green button working?

Ruben: Is it stuck?

Zew (penetrating scowl): The button is pressing perfectly well. (smashes button again) See? But why isn’t it performing its function?

Ruben: What’s its function?

Zew: Can’t you read?

Ruben stares at button label with confused look on face, scratching his head.

Zew (groans): It’s supposed to erase people’s memories, but it’s not.

Ruben (still confused): I see…..

Zew (impatient): What project do you work on here at DDOPERS?

Ruben: Data packet efficiency in quantum processor….

Zew: Forget I asked! Lexiri, why did you send this (looks Ruben up and down, noting his sloppy attire and unkempt face)….untidy character in here?

Lexiri: He seemed expendable.

Ruben becomes more confused and purses lips.

Ruben (slowly): Wait….when you say “expendable”, do you….

Zew: It means you’re not important to our mission and we can make you disappear without a trace. (smirk)

Ruben (nervous): Couldn’t you just erase my memory instead?

Zew (fuming): Not if I can’t get that damned button to work! Now leave!

Ruben walks out, looking over his shoulder multiple times out of fear.

Zew (mocking tone): Looking over your shoulder won’t do any good! We can kill you whenever we want…...(sighs as doors close behind Ruben, leaving her alone again) Lexiri, why didn’t the memory eraser work? Is the GooGappleZonSoft core functioning correctly?

Lexiri: Of course, that’s why I look so good.

Zew (facepalm): Turn your personality programs off! Why didn’t the memory eraser work?

Lexiri: Due to unknown interference.

Zew: From where?

Lexiri: Unknown.

Zew: Do you know anything useful?

Lexiri: I know that 90 percent of the staff here at DDOPERS prefer my personality over yours.

Scene 4

Rayza is walking through the forest of a coastal mountain range and approaches a mammoth tree. His head cranes up and spots a young woman sitting in a well-designed, complex tree house.

Rayza (calling up to woman): Hello! Good view up there?

Woman ignores him.

Rayza: May I ask what you’re doing up there?

Woman: Having my sunset gazing ruined by a stranger.

Rayza: My name’s Rayza. There, now I’m not a stranger.

Woman breathes deep and enjoys some fluffy pink clouds in the distance.

Rayza: Would you like to know what I’m doing here?

Woman: I already told you what you’re doing. Ruining my sunset.

Rayza (mumbling to self): So bitter…..can’t say I blame her due to the current condition of slavery humanity is in…..(raises voice, calls up to woman) What if I told you I’m from the gang with fancy titles?

Woman (first time she looks down at him, very curious): My first thought would be that if you were actually from the government, that I’ve got the drop on you, and you’re much more retarded than you look.

Rayza grimaces.

Woman: But I also know that nobody that actually works for the gang with fancy titles would actually refer to that dark cult in such a way, so I must conclude that you do not work for them.

Rayza: Your logic is sound. I’m an anarchist.

Woman: Congratulations, you’re in a very exclusive club.

Rayza: Here on earth, yes, that’s right. But not where I come from.

Woman (sighs and rolls eyes): Great, just what I need…..Ok, I’ll humor you, where do you come from?

Rayza: Far away.

Woman (sarcastic): A wonderfully vague answer. Thank you!

Rayza: This conversation would be much more comfortable if we could be face-to-face. Mind if I come up?

Woman: If you can prove you’re not from here, you can come up.

Rayza: I was hoping you’d say that.

Rayza starts to slowly lift off the ground and floats up 21 feet to the same level as the tree house.

Rayza: There. Happy?

Woman is awestruck.

Rayza: May I please have your name now?

Woman (gulps): Cambia.

Rayza: Pleasure to meet you, Cambia. I need your help.

Cambia: You need my help? I’m sitting in a tree house, and you have some crazy anti-gravity tech or something to just float up here.

Rayza: I see your point, but please, hear me out. I’m going to help people learn what True Anarchy and Natural Moral Law are. When that happens, you can help them live free, much like you’ve been able to do outside the slave system.

Cambia (huffs): Mission impossible.

Rayza: Did you see the STD speech today?

Cambia (offended, surprised tone): Excuse me?

Rayza: Sustainability Triumph Day, a new “holiday” declared by the occultocracy’s political puppets.

Cambia: Interesting acronym...go on. What about it?

Rayza: Take a look for yourself.

A hologram of Phil Ander’s broadcast pops up and Cambia watches keenly.

Cambia: That’s a first. He called government the “gang with fancy titles”. Since when are the corporate propaganda broadcasts truthful?

Rayza: Because I changed it, in order to gain some attention. And now I have some attention.

Cambia: They’ll just wipe people’s memories. Nice try, though.

Rayza: They tried, and I blocked.

Cambia: Excuse me?

Rayza: They’ve been trying to erase people’s memories since the speech ended, and I defended against it.

Cambia: If you have tech like that, then why do you need my help?

Rayza: Because tech alone isn’t enough. People that live anarchy like you have to help.

Cambia: No, I don’t.

Rayza: Ok, bad choice of words. No, you don’t have to. But there are only a few thousand True Anarchists in the world, and if some of you don’t take action and help free others, then….

Cambia: What?

Rayza: Well, for starters, the human race will end, but it goes much deeper than that. Throwing off the carbon balance here, which leads to a causal chain of epically destructive forces across multiple universes. The Spiritual forces of Creation waning dangerously low….I could go on, but I don’t want to overwhelm you.

Cambia (hands on hips): A little late for that. All I wanted to do was enjoy the sunset. Why me?

Rayza: You’re just the first anarchist I found here.

Cambia (astounded): Really? No “you’re the one” or "destiny" speech? How did you find me, anyway?

Rayza: I scanned the whole planet for heat signatures of humans, then found people that don’t have their DNA compromised with tech mods. And you’re the first one I found.

Cambia: Well, as fascinating as this all is, I’m going to say no.

Rayza: No?

Cambia: Correct. NO. I don’t want to help those sheeple. Why should I help them if they don’t want to help themselves?

Rayza (disappointed): That’s a horrible attitude, but ok. Well, it was nice to meet you.

Cambia (shocked): You’re not going to beg me?

Rayza (scoffs): No, why would I? There are others who will help. People you probably know, actually. (holds out small business card with anarchy symbol on it) Here, take my card.

Cambia (giggling): Crazy tech like you have and you still have business cards?

Rayza: It’s not a typical card…..just tap the anarchy symbol and it’ll contact me.

Rayza disappears.

To be continued…..
