Two things I learned pretty early in life. Thanks to my parenting these life lesson never let me to fell so far. The two lessons were, Firstly, "An idle mind is the devil's workshop" and secondly, "Do work that gives us joy". These two learning in early stage of life helped in shaping the mind and body in different ways. The first lesson teaches us that, we should always keep our mind busy with something to avoid negativity. The second lesson taught us do things that gives satisfaction. Thanks to these learning I hardly ever been in the state of boredom in life.

In my earlier post, I shared how I used to make my long train journey interesting, by getting into healthy conversation with fellow passengers or else enjoy observing people behavior to learn the good part. No one is perfect in life and we can help each to get better. Every human being is different and by observing their good things we can also get better. This is how I used to kill my boredom in lonely long train journey.
The cure for boredom is curiosity
A person is said to be in state of boredom, when they experience a state of low interest in life, lack of stimulation, or challenge, which can manifest as restlessness or apathy. It can be caused by a lack of mental engagement, being stuck in a monotonous routine, or feeling that an activity is unfulfilling. There might be many situation from our day to day life. Like making a content for hive or driving regularly to office through the same route or doing similar task at office etc. Boredom signals a need for change and can prompt a person to seek new, more meaningful activities or experiences. In my case whenever I used to feel the things are not going good and exciting in life or the work does not interest me. I quickly start looking for different alternative. As I don't want my mind to reach to the stage which may leads to taking evasive action which may make me feel regret.
Avoid it getting hazardous
The state of boredom can be harmful as it can lead to regretful actions. A brief boredom can prompt a desire for change, seek new activities, or reflect on life goals. A person can easily get over such boredom easily by diverting themselves to other meaningful things in life. I remember going our for leaves and enjoy movies or take a trip down to unknow places helps me to overcome the demotivating during working. However, if a person is suffering from chronic boredom then it can negatively impact mental and physical health. Chronic boredom may potentially contributing to anxiety, depression, stress, or risky behaviors in the human being. Boredom is linked to increased aggression, sensation-seeking, and other risk taking behaviors, such as gambling, excessive smartphone use, and driving recklessly. The consequences or the outcomes of these can be regretted in further course of life.
My life is a constant cycle of doing something
I remember carrying out multiple tasks at work. I intentionally wanted to keep myself occupied to avoid boredom factor. It is relevant to my first lesson mention above, keeping my mind working. Boredom can be a signal that current activities are unsatisfying, pushing a person to find new and more meaningful pursuits. In my opinion, when you start feeling bore it is the necessary pause in our life that allows for personal reflection on goals, values, and life direction. This is the good time to assess our life and identify areas for improvement. Instead of escaping boredom, try to be still and observe our feelings. This can lead to greater self awareness and deeper insight into our life.
In good faith - Peace!!
