The best part of travelling is to explore some unknown territory. While love interact with many localities and also to enjoy local dishes. However to understand the city you must go out at night to feel the city calmness. Infact night out is one of the best excursion, and when it is in unknown area, then such night out double up the excitement.
After a day of market survey, we were tired enough to move out of our hotel room. However, the excitement to explore the city took us to road and we capture some of the best.
An age old Army Tank displayed outside the gate of the military establishment. It was one of the training institute. This kind of real tank used to be a common sighting around every army center. It is a proof of gallantry work of all the army personal who risk their life for other well being.
This place used to be very buzzing with public during day time. Afterall, such war tank get a special attraction for their important role during war time. This is one such tank, who held its head high at night.
Noone going to mess with them...getting closer is not allowed, so we took few close ups shots. A little drive down lane and we were alone in middle of nowhere. Not sure but the roads were very empty. That going to be an issue with little town, they use to have early night.
The night was very silent, we heard water flowing somewhere. For our surprise, they are the water fountain , that are constructed in middle busy road and act as a diversion.
Have you ever notice those small water fountains made in middle of a busy crossing. Well there are few in India, and those water fountain get illuminated at night with different colour. Making it quite splashy attractive and pleasant.
Anyhow ever wonder, what's the reason of making them in middle busy roads??
Even I am not sure of the exact reason, but to my experince they give a feel of calmness and relaxation to the mind and body. I always encounter such fountains while coming back from office. After day full of stress and tiredness, the colourful sight and the splashing water sounds send some good vibes, and somewhere I feel energize and relaxed.

It was getting late and more darker, after an hour exoration of the town, we feel hungry. We get back to hotels and order our food. It was delicious and enough to keep us inside for rest of the night.
It was a good outing after the hectic day. Still we enjoyed a lot in the quite streets. Do try such night out in your areas too. It does gives you chance to explore the city in better way and in night calmness.
BTW, it was so late that even our Hotel looks to be quite silent and peaceful place.
