"Bu Kulah" pyramid-shaped rice

Of yore "Bu Kulah" (Acehnese language) or pyramid-shaped rice, found when the banquet at the wedding ceremony for exclusive guests, but now the pyramid-shaped rice on sale in restaurants in Aceh. I do not know the philosophy of the pyramid-shaped rice.
