Welcome to my Actifit report series post. With this post, I present my Actifit report for yesterday, Wednesday the 19th of July 2019.
It has been quite a longtime since my last Actifit post. I been super busy on one spot. Thus, I was not able to walk around and exercise in the last few days except yesterday.
Yesterday, I went to the university to study for the exams together with some friends. It was great experience though it didn't last long as I had to walk back home to carryout some tasks.
In all, my Actifit activities had to do with the walking, household chores and daily activities.
