Can you see the beautiful pattern on top of this strawberry cake? That is the stencil for the zencolouringcontest week 47. I was inspired by the elaborate pattern as it looks like an Oreo cookie. That is my jump off point then turned it into a cake. The contest requires the use of the featured color of the week which is pink. I was fortunate there is a strawberry flavor kind of cake which would justify my design.
I hope to join again next week and if chosen, I would be happy to work with the color purple.
