All those "examples" of onboarding you have shown either had only one or 2 posts (the mjority of them) or have quitted and cashed out long time ago. None of them shows actually an active user. I don´t care it their intro post has gotten 74$, that´s not a value to watch. Far more important is consistent activity and engagement in which those projects apparently have failed, unfortunately.

So why to focus on the trust of the onboarders, if onboarding itself is apparently defined wrongly or overrated?
We have to focus on consistent mentoring and caring of people newly onboarded and also of newbis started to posting who came from somewhere else (who found Hive via other sources). This mentoring should be inventivized or at least tracked by e.g. the no. of posts and comments of the onboarded users or by upvotes given to new users, such data could already be retrieved quite easiy using HafSQL.
