Thanks for your note.
Man V Fat Challenge was spawned out of Man V Fat Football. It was originally setup to get fat blokes playing football whilst being given health advice and playing in a league. COVID put pay to that so Challenge was setup. It's based of fatties being allocated to a team and completing challenges for points - the same setup as a football league. It's thoroughly enjoyable and adds that accountability. My place is covered my the county council for the first 14 weeks but I shall maintain a subscription once that's over. This week's challenges include heading out to nature on a walk and sharing a photo, making a healthy calorie controlled desert, creating a but based exercise routine and drinking 6 glasses of water each day. Last week included 3 days of meditation, creating a Spanish dish and walking at least a mile each day. It really is fantastic.
I've done Slimming World before and also enjoyed that. The challenge was, although it has changed slightly now, keeping up with the green and red days. It's too early to say whether this will last but I am far more aware. I love that it goes beyond diet and also tackles physical and mental health; the latter really helping me. I really look forward to our weekly Zoom call.
I love sardines to thanks for the recipe idea!
