"But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us."

Sometimes when folks go through a difficulty they begin to knock themselves because of their mistakes, however with more discernment we can tell that it is the enemy that fires these condemning thoughts to them to weaken their faith. Nomatter where you are today, the good news is ; God has not stopped believing in you. And if you have been born again , understand that God's treasure has been deposited into your heart, this is the reason you are not ordinary. Maybe you had a terrible dream last night or you dont even know how to go through the month , whatever challenge you may be confronted with ; the first thing is believe in the greatness God has put in you. Maybe you have found yourself deep in sin, and you think God is mad at you , No the LORD is reaching out to you to lift you from the mess. He thinks you are too beautiful to live under the influence of the devil. God is excited when you say demonstrate your faith towards him . Faith towards God means you believe that he has an eternal excellent plan for you nomatter what has happened to you.

Let nothing define you as a failure, or a non-entity; you are valuable to God as Jesus is. It doesnt matted what mess you have found yourself in, dont let that define you. I know of many people who in their school days demonstrated great academic intelligence or great sporting skills and because of one reason or the other they failed to either proceed to the next level and some now have given up on life or are just accepting the ordinary. The bible indeed says " It is not by might nor by power but by the Spirit of God", many have had the thief corrupt their abiliets but GOD is the restorer. We need also to learn that God has given each everyone of us special abilities. These special abilities dont die because we are now older,if you seem not to be finding your ground, look at your childhood victories and find inspiration. Refuse to define yourself with circumstances around you now. Maybe you were the best football player in your teenage, if you will give yourself to God and give yourself to training again we can have you play for the biggest teams in the world and many will be inspired reading your story. Maybe you were the smartest guy around and because of bad influence you got hooked into drugs and now your life is a mess, refuse to accept that you are a nobody , call on Jesus, take a turn and say I will win again in the name of Jesus.

Samson found himself in a predicament one time, his eyes had been taken off by his enemies and he couldnt do much as long as he was bald. The enemy may have taken you to the barber and have you shoven , but hey you are not Samson , the LORD dwells in you, you dont need to wait for your hair to grow again, you dont even have to wait for a special deliverance programme, all you need to do is to declare the LORDSHIP of JESUS over yourself and say NOW I GO BACK TO THAT PROJECT IN THE NAME OF JESUS. You may have failed before but say " NOT THIS TIME. Go and write that exam again, apply for that job again, refuse to bow to the enemy , you are God's best.
