The more you avoid stillness, the more it seems as if there is so much on your plate.
But the more you embody the stillness, the more you realize that life itself is taking care of everything.
It's amazing how we are always knocking on the wrong doors, and fighting the wrong wars, when we can just be still and behold the perfect unfolding of life.
Orientated as the doer, it was thought that the lack of things was caused by a lack of effort. This continued to prove itself true as long as lack was my basis. A crazy notion came through that perhaps there is enough always.
I looked back through my memory bank and found that every moment provided me with enough to get through that moment. Proving that was easy because I was no longer in any of those moments.
Having verified that there was always enough to make every decision, I sought to invert the notion of lack. Inverting it seemed the best possible way of succeeding in the venture because going against the idea of lack had already proven to be unsuccessful.
Instead of thinking "only if this was present, then I could make that choice I want", I turned it inside out and thought "so many choices are always being made because of what is present". To take this thought form even further, the notion of ownership was logically dismissed. The notion of ownership can swiftly be replaced with that which I am in presence with.
With the two aspects of being grateful for what's present (which allows choices to be made as they are) and replacing ownership with that which I am in the present with, a new buoyancy started to be felt. This wasn't something that anybody told me about though so I stayed silent to see what would happen.
Many impulses came up out of habit, one after another, to try and do something because of some lack. It was hard to hold back for a while too. After the surge of effort it took to restrain passed, it became 2nd nature to not act out of lack. Curious things were noticed at this stage too where dismissing the chains of reaction could be seen to prevent the outcome I had been pushing away.
Even more unexpected was sensing how much gets done already by not being the "doer" myself. Correspondences were easy to see too between how the moment was perceived and the outcomes that were anticipated. It became clear at this point that my being created more of the desired effect than any doing ever could. The catch though was that this being could "be" for selfish purpose, it is best to offer it into the present.
Please see, I am not saying that we should be couch potatoes, I am not saying action is unnecessary. What I am pointing out is the blatant fact that there are some things which we are trying so hard to do, when our effort is really not required for those things.
We must be aware and conscious enough to know when our part is necessary and when it's not required.
You would find that some things are not yielding results simply because of our puny intentions and efforts.
May the necessary awareness and clarity to handle your life process profoundly and consciously manifest in you. 馃槆
