Jaljeera Sherbat:- Jal-jeera, or jaljira, is an Indian beverage. It is flavored with a spice mix known as jal-jeera powder. In Hindi, "jal" means water and "jeera" means cumin. 🥰
This drink is not only refreshing but also a great appetizer. It aids in digestion and is good to drink when you have an upset stomach. It also has cooling properties and so it’s highly recommended to drink during the summers. 😋
I made these 2 different flavorrs of jal-jeera at my home, please try it and you'll also definitely love it.
Here's my jal-jeera, in which I used fresh coriander leaves which is homegrown coriander.
And in this, I didn't use coriander, I only used cumin seeds to and bundi to garnish it. Do try it, and surely You all will love it!
