Have you ever taste basil? If yes, then you might be like it or not. But today I'm not here to tell you about the taste or texture of this Beautiful Herb. But I'm here to tell you some of the benefits you can get out of this. Basil is great source for Iron, Magnesium, Vitamin-A , Vitamin-C , Vitamin-K etc.
Basil is also known as Tulsi (तुलसी) in mother tongue. Basil is not only considered as sacred in our country but also it is renounced as one of the Best Herb used to heal various diseases. The list is so long as if I start writing then my blog will gone out of page that's why I don't tell. But for curiosity you can search it on Google like "Diseases which can be healed using Basil". I'm sure you will get shocked seeing so many benefits.
