Hi, RISERS! I've finally reached the 1M milestone as a free2play player and got the 1M card. Now I will be showing my progress on a daily basis trying to earn as much as I can.

What Is Rising Star?

Rising Star is a browser-based music career simulator reminiscent of the old flash player glory days. Built on the Hive blockchain, players start out as lowly Busker tryin' to earn livin' playin' tunes wherever they can. As you improve your skills, build a fanbase, and acquire better gear and instruments and avatars, you'll eventually start a band, go on tours, and prove you're every bit the rising star you were meant to be!

I started planning my strategy for growth

I had accumulated enough STARBITS to buy my first few people cards. I started checking my fans/skill ratio and started buying instrument cards but I didn't do any lessons until I reached 60+ potential skills given (this was what I calculated as worthy to start a lesson on my fan level).
I unlocked the second map and started pushing on XP and bought 2 Pizza Boxes to be able to restart my HP constantly.
Before a month I unlocked Local Mini Tour and got at the level of 2k fans at level 55. This gives me 20 levels until the next step and plenty of time to hit my milestone as a F2P.
I will do occasionally some lessons to keep my ego to 0 for optimizing my Starbits payout.
Targeting the Local Mini Tour and Radio Interview as basic missions to keep the flow constant (of course not more than 6 interviews - after those 6, I'm doing other missions).

I reached 1M. What now?

I reached the 1M milestone on the 10th of October. Having now my million card I will try pushing more to get as many Starbits as I can.
Every day I will be counting my Starbits income and I will be summing it up to the total to see if it is truly worth playing (this is something like an experiment but I think the conclusion will be "OF COURSE, YES")
