Yeah, I'm somewhat a biohacker so I'm always trying out new things and decided to try out some Collagen Peptides. πββοΈ
Working out and playing sports for over 20+ years have put a great toll on my body and supplementation is a must for me.
For the average person who are not very active and sit on their asses everyday (AKA couch potato), they probably won't even need to take supplements at all... well on second thought, they might need to take 10x the amount just to reverse their unhealthy lifestyles. π€’ π€¦
So what the hell is this shit and what are the benefits of collagen peptides? π
Collagen Peptides are building blocks for your bones, teeth, muscles, skin, joints and connective tissues... in other words, they are just basically amino acids.
Many studies have shown great improvement using with this product such as:
Benefits of collagen peptides:
- Improve joint health.
- Support bone strength.
- Promote healthy aging.
- Boost skin beauty.
- Support connective tissues and prevent injuries.
As I'm getting older everyday... I'm always on the look out for things that can benefit me for becoming the best version of myself. πββοΈ
Who doesn't want better skin, bones, healthy joints and bigger muscles? I sure do and that is the reason why I added this to my "Crazy" diet.
Does taking "Collagen Peptides" really work?
I have no damn idea, it's always better to try things out rather than never doing them at all, like most average people. π€·ββοΈ
I will keep my peeps updated in the next few months if this stuff evens works at all... You never know, I might come back with youthful glowing skin. π
