All you need for this includes;
Lip balm
Lip liner
Concealer
Lipstick
Tissue
Lip gloss
Lip brush

Step 1: Moisturize your lips with a good hydrating lip balm
Step 2: Add a light concealer to hide any lip pigmentation on your lips
Step 3: Use a deep lip pencil/liner (your choice) to define the line around the edge of your lips
Step 4: Add your lipstick( your choice) to where the line was applied earlier
Step 5: Use a lip brush to blend both the lip and the lip liner to give you a perfect lip finish
Step 6: Use tissue paper and blot your lips softly to remove the harsh and excess lipstick from the lips
Step 7: Apply a very bright color to the center of your lips
Step 8: Add a transparent lip gloss to add some effect to it
Step 9: Blend the colors together with your lip brush
Step 10 :Apply concealer with a brush around the tip of your lips to cleanup excess in order to make your lips bright and sharp.
