Everywhere you read about people discussing why there is will not be any altcoin season. They see our time is all about Bitcoin.
Personally I firmly disagree!
I believe soon is the time to switch from investing more into Bitcoin to altcoins.
Indeed, BTC is king and here to stay - the gold of our time!
But there are many other projects that I believe will take their place in the future. The majority of people know about Bitcoin and maybe Ethereum or Litecoin. That is it.
The Bitcoin effect will help
What BTC does is to being people to the cryptocurrency space! Remember when your first started out, ALTs where interesting. Most importantly, people will see that Bitcoin had the largest growth of all crypto. Speculators will see that alt prices are increasing and have a bigger upside.
Altcoin use cases
As mentioned, Bitcoin took its place a the future gold. But many more altcoins will take there places!
Here some potential examples:
- Litecoin the future silver
- Ethereum our world computer
- EOS/TRON the backend of future website applications
- LOOM for gaming
- Cosmos as the new intermediary between currencies etc. instead of banks
...and so on.
