“When I'm 64” which is for me, today, is a good day to start writing. The present is always a time to do something. The ice is slowly melting in Lindenberg. The ice is unfortunately melting in places where it maybe wasn't meant to melt right now. But I feel the ice is slowly melting around this sick and dying system.
Everywhere, pockets of inspiration and positive movements are coming up and coming together. What a time to be alive! When we finally, fully realize that we don't need 'them' anymore. When we can finally free ourselves from their brainwashing machine and let voices of peace and common needs and common good be heard – it could be a wonderful world.
Here in snowy, southern Germany, there's not so much going on – OK, I admit: I'm not the going out type of person. I'm a wanna be activist. We get to a demonstration or protest march once in awhile in Munich or Berlin. My hope is to be able to reach and connect with people through my music and through social media.
Another thing that gives me hope is that cannabis and hemp are finally being set free. Love it or not, but as long as somebody thinks that they have a right to forbid someone else the use of a plant, there can be no freedom and therefore no peace. But it seems that times are finally changing. Cannabis is a major ally and tool against the repressive powers that be.
I'm liking what I see here in steemit. I hope it turns out to be what I hope it will be. I'm not concerned about making money (don't mind though) – I'm doing fine. But I can imagine a world where we took the money and power from the war mongering, power crazed, greedy leaders, and now share the wealth and help people everywhere.
Let's come together and make it happen!
Greetings from an American in Germany. Peace and power!DSCN6367.JPG
