I never tried Purse.io but I have always thought selling unused reward points and gift cards for Bitcoin was a good business model. I am not sure about the author's questioning by comparison Purse.io's undisclosed troubles to partnership issues of some Amazon affiliates. Perhaps. Or perhaps Purse.io faced operational issues regarding fraud protection. Whatever the reason, maybe a new entrant will pick up the reins and fill the gap in the ecosystem.
