- Singapore - Costliest city remains consecutively from last 5 years as per WCOL index which is 116
- Paris - WCOL index is: 112
- Zurich - WCOL index is: 112
- Hong Kong - WCOL index is: 111
- Oslo - WCOL index is: 107
