The biggest surge in 2018 would be because of launch of ETF (Exchange Traded Fund). As in 2017, this has been ignored and we had seen a straight spike in price. From around $2000 to $20000 in a few days.

Really expecting to keep it running on this steady pace for a longer period of time and if it keeps on giving exponential growth, we could be in it for lifetime high ($25K) very soon.
