Nick decided to take the plunge from avid reader to budding writer. It was both an exhilarating and terrifying challenge; although his imagination galloped unbridled, he had to find a way to harness and tame it. To fully communicate thoughts, images and moods to a third person with the written word was certainly not a trivial task and not within everyone's reach. But the risk was worth the candle, it was a challenge with himself, to put himself on the line and test his own limits and merits.

Nick si decise di fare il grande salto nel vuoto, da accanito lettore a scrittore in erba. Era al contempo una sfida esaltante e terrificante, nonostante la sua immaginazione galoppasse senza freni, bisognava trovare la maniera di imbrigliarla ed ammansirla. Comunicare compiutamente pensieri, immagini e stati d'animo ad una terza persona con la parola scritta non era certo compito banale e non alla portata di tutti. Ma il rischio valeva la candela, era una sfida con se stesso, per mettersi in gioco e testare i propri limiti e meriti.
