When she moved, Giulia went to the attic to see what she wanted to take with her of her
old things. She was nearly 30 years old and for the first time she left the home of her
parents where she grew up to move in with her boyfriend. Opening the boxes of her past,
she realized that she was not particularly tied to material objects and that she did not suffer
from having to separate from them. Only one thing she decided to take with her: an old
doll that she and her sister played with as little girls. That doll made her heart beat and the
memory of her sister, who was no longer there, became sweeter.

Quando cambiò casa Giulia andò in soffitta per vedere cosa voleva portare con sé delle sue
vecchie cose. Aveva quasi 30 anni e per la prima volta lasciava la casa dei genitori dove
era cresciuta per andare a vivere con il suo fidanzato. Aprendo le scatole del suo passato si
