Cynthia cut out the article from the newspaper, then pasted it on the last page of the scrapbook along with the other clippings. She was satisfied and had already bought a second album to continue her collection. Cynthia had always had a passion for writing, but unfortunately she didn't excel at it and had resigned herself to the thought that she would never publish anything. She had poured her literary efforts into a heartfelt column and each time her request for help was published with a response from the expert, she felt rewarded and collected the clipping as if it were a portion of one of her novels published in installments in the newspaper.

Cynthia ritagliò l'articolo sul giornale, quindi lo incollò sull'ultima pagina dell'album insieme agli altri ritagli. Era soddisfatta ed aveva già comprato un secondo album per proseguire la sua collezione. Cynthia aveva sempre avuto la passione per la scrittura, ma per sua sfortuna non eccelleva in tale attività e si era rassegnata al pensiero che non avrebbe mai pubblicato alcunchè. Aveva riversato i suoi sforzi letterari su un rubrica del cuore e ogni volta che la sua richiesta d'aiuto veniva pubblicata con relativa risposta dell'esperto, si sentiva ripagata e collezionava il ritaglio come fosse una porzione di un suo romanzo pubblicato a puntate sul quotidiano.
