In these days of Covid, many people no longer had to go to the office to work, but were able to switch to smart working from home. No more time wasted in traffic or on public transportation, no dress code, no rigid schedules and grab-and-go lunches at the coffee shop. But it's not all positive, there's a lack of social interaction with colleagues, a lack of face-to-face time, and since there are no more fixed work hours, you're always on call and reluctant to take breaks. Perhaps in the future the compromise between the two forms of work will be the best choice.

In questi tempi di Covid molte persone non hanno più dovuto recarsi in ufficio per lavorare, ma hanno potuto passare al smart working da casa. Niente più tempo perso nel traffico o sui mezzi pubblici, nessun dress code, niente orari rigidi e pranzi mordi e fuggi al bar. Ma non è tutto positivo, manca la socialità con i colleghi, il confrontarsi di persona, non essendoci più orari si è sempre reperibili e restii a fare pause. Forse nel futuro il compromesso tra le due forme lavorative sarà la scelta migliore.
