The title says it all. I never did get around to finishing this work as is the case with many a sandsculpture. I've always thought of them as donations to the sea, a way of saying thanks.
I found this pic in on an old disk containing my backup of everything I have ever done digitally dating back as far as 1992. I simply had to share here on steemit so it may live on the blockchain as long as possible.
Finding this image reminded me of a part of my life that has been missing. Sand time. I've been so busy trying to stay alive and keep my head above water I've forgotten how to live and promise my self and steem-land to get more beach time in this year to share my creations of temporary passion.
So for now you'll have to enjoy these old images of days past and wait for days to come. The other day while working on the island I could hear the roar of the surf calling me home so I'm anxious and feel the need to sacrifice to Amphitrite or face the wrath of Poseidon's trident.
