Today thus far has been an odd day. For starters I did not go to work as I had an appointment with the doctor at Corpus Christi Cancer CenterIMG_20180525_100922.jpg
I've read a lot of postings lately about being grateful from jaynie@jaynie and others. As themes come and go I cant see how being grateful could ever go out of fashion.
I've read too of perplexing illnesses and thier even humurous effects on peoples daily lives and laughed with them in thier suffering traciyork@traciyork.
Today I'd like to simply say thank you. Thanks for sharing your lives with us here on steemit. Your courage in life gives us all encouragement.

Today I am grateful. I am so grateful simply to be alive. Most of all I'm grateful the doctor has told me after the latest barrage of test and imaging studies that he is somewhat amazed there is no sign of cancer or liver disease indicated in any of the aforementioned studies. WOW!!! How...or what, do you do with that type of information?
For me, I broke in to tears of joy and gratitude.

I took this picture IMG_20180525_100938.jpgwalking away from Christus Spohn Cancer Center thinking Hallelujah! Jesus must still Love me...tho under my breathe I feel like the most undeserved man alive.

I guess I should simply accept the gift and give God the praise and go on living life as it is presented to me.. One Day at a Time.

Surreal.....
No Cancer...
Totally surreal...
Thank you Jesus.....
