If you look closely to 2 of my previous posts, you can somehow guess what I would like to present here. One of the posts is upvoted 190 times but only gets 1.54$ while the other is upvoted only 30 times but gets 31.47$
I find this not encouraging for new people joining Steemit. This can reduce the interest in the whole idea in this social network about gaining money if the majority of the community like what you present in your post specifically if you spent so much time to show some original work done by you.
I'm sure that the founders have spent a lot of time testing how Steemit works better for people. But Less is sometimes more. Simply there should be a relation between how many upvote and Steems earned, not only about the voting power of some and how many Steems you already have.
I hope Steemit founders and designers can take a look on my thoughts here.
