How to create Office spaces for the next generation?

I've always been interested in creating spaces that help occupants create and find innovative ideas, like work spaces, research spaces and educational. Several factors can help improve productivity of users of spaces, including colors, geometry, lighting, materials, visual & physical continuity and much more.
