My strategy uses the "Cruel Sethropod" as a low Mana cost mini tank. This card comes with a small amount of armor and a decent amount of HP. Backed up by the "Merdaali Guardian" and the "Scavo Hireling", the "Cruel Sethropod" can prove very deadly. Utilizing the repair and tank heal abilities of the support monsters, the cruel sethropod is able to stay alive to continue doing damage. However, in this battle all of the support monsters end up falling. Yet still the "Cruel Sethropod" manages to defeat 3 enemies single-handedly. Be sure to check out my link to see the battle. I truly believe this battle shows just how useful this common card can be. Plus it is not expensive so upgrading it to level 3, for all lower level summoners, is fairly easy to do.
